Nikoro
Welcome to our forum!Your car has 230 bhp now? What ECU program do you have? I think that if you want to increse more power than 230hp you ll need to change your engine connecting rods and pistons with forged ones and bigger turbocharger! You can reach 300bhp with GT28RS and your car can be safe!
savah
Hello and welcome, On our topic, bear in mind that the most crucial part is changing your connecting rods with forged ones. Here in Greece we have several options for forged internals. Regarding connecting rods we can get carillo, scat, crower and eagle. Now pistons-wise we can get wossner, CP and DP. Also you can get MaxSpeed connecting rods from Australian Ebay. You will also need stronger engine bolts (like ARP) so the engine and the head can stay in the same place If you have a forged internals foundation in your engine you can couple that with a bigger turbocharger like a Garrett GT28R or RS (you need new manifold) and your car can safely reach 300+ WBHP @ 1.7 bar. Also you will need some upgrades regarding the gear box (clutch and flywheel so it can handle increased torque).
